Group Training

High Energy Group Sessions (Online only)

Do you enjoy working out in a group? Do other people inspire and motivate you to do better? 

Join Jack Hemnani on his High Energy Group Training sessions where he leads small groups of people to workout and achieve their fitness goals together twice a week.

What you'll get:​

  • 1 x Personalised Goal-Setting & Nutrition Guidance Consultation

  • 8 x 30-Minute Live Group Workouts per month with Jack Hemnani

  • Small group of upto 10 people

Online Group Sessions are held via Zoom on Mondays & Wednesdays @ 12.30pm and 6.30pm AEST (Melbourne, Australia).

AU$130 per month (or $30 per week)
