High Energy Group Sessions (Online)

Group Training

Do you enjoy working out in a group? Do other people inspire and motivate you to do better? 

Join Jack Hemnani on his High Energy Group Training sessions where he leads small groups of people to workout and achieve their fitness goals together twice a week.

Each Online Group Session is for 30-minutes, and held via Zoom on Mondays & Wednesdays every week. Choose from afternoon sessions (12.30pm AEST) or evening sessions (6.30pm AEST).

1-on-1 Sessions (Outdoors)

Boxing Workouts

One of the most fun ways to get fit, Boxing workouts are for those who like to let the steam off and enjoy the outdoors.

Jack Hemnani will show you the moves and help you get in shape with his energising and fun boxing routines. All equipment is provided. Sessions are held outdoors and customised to suit your fitness and energy levels. Choose from 30-minute, 45-minute or 60-minute sessions.

Personal Training

Want that fit and toned body you have always dreamed of faster than ever before?

Jack Hemnani will work with you personally in one-on-one sessions using his signature L-GAME methodology to get you your dream body as soon as possible.

 

Sessions are highly customised to suit your body type, fitness goals, lifestyle and availability. Sessions can be 30- 60 minutes long, depending on your goals and requirements and can include strength training, muscle building, circuit and high intensity workouts, which will be assessed and designed in consultation.
